CircAsana Yoga

Students in online trainings can feel unmotivated, which is why we have a number of strategies to help you stay accountable during the program. You will be allocated a buddy for the duration of the training, to discuss and complete the teaching exercises with.  There will also be weekly live discussion groups and weekly check-ins from the lead trainer.  We have suggested deadlines throughout the course, to provide you with some flexibility but also keep you fuelled to finish.

The training is all prerecorded and created curriculum that you can access at any time. We have a schedule of due dates for assignments to keep you motivated but if you need more time to complete tasks we are happy to work with you to create  a schedule that works with your life. We do require that you attend at least 50% of the weekly live calls to graduate complete all assignments and create a personal practice for yourself, a private class for your accountability buddy and a 1-hour class for a community you care about within a year.  If you do not plan to teach and would like to create yoga inspired art for your assignments that is an option as well <3

There is a 12 month time limit to complete the training for Yoga Alliance certification.

You will viewing and recording device (e.g. computer, phone or tablet), and access to the internet.  We will give specific advice on how to best setup your video recordings using your smartphone.  We know technological issues can arise, so we record all live sessions to cover the moments where your internet might go wrong.
